Laurence Coleman
Laurence Coleman is a business man resident in Dublin, Ireland. He has over a period of twenty years built successful retail businesses throughout Ireland including fashion businesses. He travels extensively in Italy buying for these businesses.
Larry has developed property commercial, residential and licensed property in Ireland and in South Africa.
His involvement in The Italian Life based on his love of Italy and in the belief that better property can be built than is currently available.
Fabrizio Memon
Fabrizio Memon lives in Switzerland, giving him easy access to Italy. Fabrizio also lectures from time to time on the Masters in Marketing and the MBA programmes at the Smurfit school of Business (UCD) and for County enterprise boards. He has also frequently lectured for the Invest Centre at DCU, the Nova Centre at UCD and for the School of Entrepreneurship at UCD.
Prior to this Fabrizio was founder and Managing Director of RealFoodatHome Ltd, runner up the Best University Start up competition awarded by AIB
The Italian Life was founded after a discussion between Laurence Coleman and Fabrizio after a fact finding visit to Italy at the end of 2005. Fabrizio has extensive business contacts in the region through family and life time friends.
Fabrizio brings an intimate knowledge of the area, its customs and business practices as well as his extensive contacts in banking, architecture and building.
Fabrizio is fluent in Italian and holds an MBA with honours from The Michael Smurfit School of Business. He is married with two children and resident in Dublin since 1999 where he is active in the community being Secretary of the local School parents association.
Roberto Frollá
Roberto is both the architect and the project manager on the construction of Borgo Della Nave. He qualified as an architect 25 years ago from the prestigious Sienna School in Tuscany and has been practising in the Marches region ever since. Roberto is a great lover of traditional design and his buildings can be identified by the use of classical design married with user centred thinking.
